Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are handmade and made to order, all custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ready-to-ship, non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

Cancellations

Custom and made-to-order purchases may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, production may have begun and the order cannot be cancelled.
